Counselor and Attorney at Law Our practice is designed to assist the caregiver with elderly and incapacitated loved ones.

We generate legal documents for financial and medical powers of attorney, guardianships, conservatorships, as well as wills and trusts all based on the client's specific needs and requests. We also provide counseling to coordinate senior housing options and work through insurance, social security and hospital requirements and benefits. Our goal is to bring an experienced holistic approach to the care and protection of members of the client's family who can't do it themselves.
