Let's try this post again as I don't believe the link for the Evite to RSVP for Night to Unite was visible on the prior post.
RSVP is appreciated so we know how much food to order, but not mandatory. Other ways you may RSVP are by commenting on this post, or emailing Nancy Hemstock at [email protected].

All are welcome whether you RSVP or not!

Good morning, Neighbors!
Birchwood Ponds HOA will be hosting a gathering for "National Night Out" on August 6th from 5:30-7:30pm at Sleepy Hollow Park. We will provide pizza and dessert. You are welcome to bring your own chairs, beverages and games if you'd like.
Inver Grove Heights Police and Fire Departments have been requested to stop by to meet families. We hope you can join us for a fun night with neighbors old and new! The evite link has been sent by email as well. Please RSVP so we make sure to order enough pizza. If you didn't receive an email, it's likely because we don't have your correct email address. If you would like us to have it, please send us a DM here (we promise it's only used for official HOA messages such as this fun event). Please spread the word (and this evite link) to your neighbors as well!

Hello! Between 9:30 and 10:30am today our piano teacher’s car was parked on the street in front of our house (8521 College Trail). A car side-swiped it during that time. I checked our Ring but the motion of it didn’t trigger the camera. Checking in here to see if anyone might’ve seen something. Thanks!!!

Hello Birchwood Pond Homeowners!

I know we've only seen a few days of spring weather, but already the spring yard waste pick-up by Republic Services will be taking place this Friday, April 15th! My apologies for not giving you more of a heads-up; I was surprised to find out today that pick-up is this Friday already.

What you need to do if you'd like your yard waste picked up:
-Call Republic to pre-pay for yard-waste pick-up (if you haven't already done so)
-The cost is $95.00 per season
-The phone number is 651-455-8634

Hello Neighbors!
As a follow up to the recent car thefts/car break-ins/catalytic converter thefts -the IGH PD intends to be patrolling our area more frequently, most often at peak commuting hours. They are also encouraging all to fill out their public survey (link below). I just did it and it only took 5 minutes.
Please share this public survey with friends and neighbors. This is important information on their potential funding for 2022.

Have a great weekend!

Hello Neighbors - please be aware that two nights ago the a home on College Trail near Sleepy Hollow had their car’s catyletic converter stolen in the driveway.

Then, tonight at 5pm in the same area on College Trail near Sleepy Hollow had their two vehicles stolen out of the garage. My understanding is their garage doors were open and the vehicles were running for a couple minutes and in that time someone/people entered their garage and stole both vehicles.

I am told police reports were filed. If anyone has any information or sees anything suspicious, please to report it to the police. Be sure to lock your car doors, keep your garage doors closed and service doors locked.

Be safe, All! Please post here anything you see or hear. Awareness is important!!!
