Hubby was feeling a little off, checked his insulin levels, found that he was becoming insulin resistant and wanted to reset his insulin sensitivity 
I started a little insulin sensitivity reset. I noticed that my blood sugar was high. Figured it was good time to get a little reset in. As you can see from the spreadsheet, it is coming down nicely as it should be doing the reset. Couple more weeks of the first phase, then going into a phase 2 of a small stint in a ketogenic state then transitioning back out.
If you think this may be going on, whether you have high stress, eat a lot of carbs, or poor sleep, or maybe all three check your blood sugar for a week and average it out. Get it fixed before it starts to wreck havoc on you.

Not everyone is always motivated, but you have to find that determination to just keep going, keep pushing yourself to get to your goals and smash them and move onto the next set of goals whatever that may be. Remind yourself of that when you’re gettting down on yourself. I know I’ve been guilty of comparing myself to others plenty in the past… But you can’t do that -it’s not realistic, because although the human body is the same, as far as how it’s made, and how it’s supposed to function, and all of that….. everyone is still unique everyone has a different story. Everyone has a different set of things that they’ve been through in their life, physically, emotionally and mentally… Don’t be so hard on yourself.
