Worked on a putter for a buddy a few months ago that was refinished by Putter spa by Jrich. We paired it up with a KBS Tour GPS red putter shaft.

After our last hat launch we discovered on the none rope version of the black hat, the patch was discoloring due to the dye from the hat staining patch. From what we have seen, when that patch discolors it turns more of a grey color.

I have talked with Branded Bills our supplier for these hats and they had not seen that before.
We were able to come to an agreement and get all of the black hats redone.

However. To avoid the dye stain issue we decided to change colors to grey and white hats.

We want to make this right for the customers that purchased a black hat. If your patch is discoloring and you are unhappy with the look of it, please let us know and we will be happy to replace the hat with a new one in a different color if you would like!

We would like to apologize for this issue!
