Rowland & Company has been awarded the design/build contract for the new OAKLEY Junction retail development project. The project consists of 4 retail buildings, both in-line and outparcels. The addition of this project puts our design/build backlog at 17 total buildings under contract!!!

• Finish Carpentry
• Rough Carpentry

• Miscellaneous metal framing
• Door and hardware installation
• Misc gaps in scope
Position is paying hourly. The work hours are 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
