One Merriam park keeps plastic bags from a landfill and gains a new bench ❤️♻️

Recycling Program Turns Plastic into Park Benches Several cities in the Kansas City area have gotten park benches made out of recycled plastic bags, thanks to a program supported by Trex Co. Inc.

This guy has been a real trooper going to check out some properties this summer. Can’t wait to get our hands on the next project, I’m sure he will happily help with some demo 🔨 work too!

Saw some colorful carpet on MLS and couldn't wait to check it out in person... This house had a lot of easy improvement decisions like updating carpet and removing the tub from the primary bedroom. The house presented other problems with the layout which can be corrected but will require reducing our offer price.
