"Des - From the homeland" and "Pardes - From foreign lands" summarizes the concept of our Fusion Res We also pair exquisite wine with each of our courses.

We are three friends- a California born and bred desi girl, and two desi boys born and brought up in the motherland. We create themes ranging from pure unadulterated Indian cuisine to fusion with cuisine from many a foreign land and our restaurant experiences are based on these themes.
