We are thrilled to announce that we have hired Brad Petzold, a Certified General Appraiser who his MAI through the Appraisal Institute. He has 18 years of experience appraising commercial properties throughout a variety of markets across the country. Brad and his wife are very blessed to be the parents of nine children. Brad has experience with most of the typical commercial property types, including office, retail, restaurant, industrial, apartments, subdivisions, hotel/motel, senior housing, church buildings, schools, campgrounds, automobile dealerships, car washes and convenience stores, in addition to having worked on some more unique specialized projects such as DOT eminent domain, solar farm, wildlife park, quarries and sports field facilities.

Kelly was born shortly before her parents started the company. She started her career with KPD Appraisals, Inc. at the ripe age of 6 organizing ice cream socials for the company. She has been managing the company since March 2017 and has been proud to assist the company with going paperless and remote. In her free time she enjoys reading, biking, music, movies, and being with friends. Her dream is to travel to as many countries as she can.

Kevin Dowling has been appraising in the Tucson market for over 20 years. He is the owner and president of KPD Appraisals, Inc. Kevin is a certified residential appraiser and a Tucson native. He is married with two children, and enjoys playing basketball in his spare time. He is a devout follower of Jesus Christ and is committed to reading the Bible daily.

Meet Adrian!

Adrian has been a residential appraiser for over 10 years, he is married with a young son. Adrian loves spending time with his family and his dog, Penny. Thank you Adrian for all the hard work you do.

Cassie is married with 2 adorable little girls and a miniature schnauzer named Scooter. Her favorite movies are Fracture and Toy Story. She loves working out, traveling and spending time with her family. Cassie's top 2 dream vacations are sleeping in an over water bungalow in Tahiti and a trip to Santorini.

Cassie is coming up her one year anniversary with the company. Thanks Cassie for all you do!

Mike enjoys watching old westerns and military movies as well as listening to music and going to the gym. He doesn't have a dream vacation destination - he just cares that he's with his family enjoying it together. Mike has had horses, goats, ducks, chickens, dogs & cats. His current pets are Asher (chocolate lab) & Mateo (a red mini dachshund).

Jen is the newest member to her team. We thought her answers were so fun we didn't want to edit them:

1. My favorite movie of all time is Labyrinth. It is a grand example of how to properly pepper an artistic endeavor with plenty of innovation, a dash of imagination and healthy helping of rock and roll!
2. My personal passions include painting, reading and helping others in need. Whenever possible, I like to create and donate my art to auctions supporting local charities.
3. As an avid reader, I get to vacation all over the world (as well as across time and space) whenever I like! I've found that there's no place quite like Hogwarts Castle, Neverland or Hobbiton to visit on your off time.
4. My family is overjoyed to have adopted our two orange tabby cats Kevin and David from a local rescue shelter this past year. I have often heard them described as rapscallions but all I see are a couple of sweet, fuzzy darlings!

Desiree is one of our newer members to the KPD family. She enjoys any movie with Will Ferrell. She is a wedding/portrait photographer in her spare time and her dream vacation destination would be Santorini. Desiree also has two dogs named Noah and Nala, and a pet chameleon.

Meet Bonnie!
Bonnie is responsible for scheduling our appraisers and taking the majority of phone calls. She enjoys adventure and romance movies as well being creative with sewing, crafting, making jewelry, decorating, and playing the keyboard at her church on her free time. Bonnie would love to go on a cruise one day. She has two dogs, Jackie and Gizzy along with a cat named Sq**rt and she just welcomed a cocker spaniel puppy named Benji in her home.

Dani is responsible for running what we refer to as the "hot seat". She monitors all incoming emails and new orders which can be quite challenging! Her favorite movie is Lord of the Rings and she has a cute cat named Noodle. Dani enjoys taking a drive and visiting beautiful Mt Lemmon in her free time. Her dream vacation is Hawaii.

Say hello to Meridith!

Meridith has been a member of KPD's team since early 2017. After entering the real estate industry for the first time, she quickly discovered a love for it and has been studying it ever since. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends over coffee as well as exploring the creative arts. Her favorite movie is Office Space and she learned to play the accordion at a young age after being inspired by "Weird Al" Yankovic. Someday she would love to visit Germany and South Korea and wishes to have pet goats, ducks, and chickens preferably in the near future.

Meet Hanna!

Hanna’s favorite movie is The Secret Life of Walter Mitty & Aristocats she enjoys working out, hiking, and making music. If Hanna was given a chance to go on her a dream vacation it would be to travel to Iceland, Singapore, Greece, and Japan.

Barry has been a residential appraiser for over 15 years. He is from Wyoming and has practiced real estate appraising in California, Nevada, and Arizona. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors engaging in activities such as hiking, camping, and biking.

Barry is our newest appraiser and is known around the office for his love of tacos! Thanks for being part of the team!

Today we are introducing Sue!
After returning to Tucson from Colorado, Sue joined KPD Appraisals, Inc. in 1998. She currently specializes in quality control and report delivery. When she is not spending time with her family or crafting, she enjoys going to Massachusetts in the summer. Her favorite movie is Amadeus and her dream vacation would be to explore Australia.

Sue is a veteran employee having over 20 years at our company. Sue we really appreciate all of your hard work and helpfulness over these years!

We are starting a series to introduce our appraisers and employees!

1st up we have Connie is a native of Tucson and was instrumental with the start up of the company in 1993. She briefly retired in March 2017 but came out of retirement October 2019 as a part time employee - consulting, working when needed, and assisting with special projects. She loves spending time with her family and furry canines and "glamping" in the White Mountains. Her favorite movie if The Proposal. Her dream Vacation is to spend 3 weeks exploring Washington DC. In her spare time she enjoys doing arts and crafts. Thank you Connie for all your years at KPD Appraisals, Inc.!
