The Modoc Siskiyou Community Action Agency was formed to Administer Community Service Block Grant Funds.
Funds are contracted out to provide services to low income residents of Modoc and Siskiyou Counties. The Modoc Siskiyou Community Action Agency (MSCAA) receives CSBG Funding annually from the State of California, Department of Community Services and Development. MSCAA issues a request for proposals to fund projects that assist low income community members residing in Modoc and Siskiyou Counties. C

GRANT OPPORTUNITY
The Modoc-Siskiyou Community Action Agency (MSCAA) is requesting proposals for the 2025 project year. Proposed projects may be up to $20,000.00 Projects must serve Modoc or Siskiyou low-income residents who are at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level.
