Megan Murray is a speech language pathologist who has been working with Early Years Program for 12 years. Currently, she has several roles at EYP including helping to lead the therapy team, seeing students at ELC, and completing evaluations. She also works with students to support their Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) needs as an AAC Coordinator at ELC and RPE. She loves getting to work with students, staff, and families across all of our sites! Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, listening to live music, yoga, and cheering on her favorite sports teams with her husband.
One of the BEST days of all!
My name is Colleen Yerger, and I’ve been in EYP for 3 years as an SLP. I have loved helping our youngest learners get started in school and seeing their communication grow! Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, checking out coffee shops, and going for walks and hikes with my newly rescued dog.
Congratulations to our Miss Hannah Rohrbaugh!

Early Years Program
My name is Caitlin Moppert, and this is my second year with EYP at RCCSD. I am an evaluating SLP, so I work with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate incoming students. I also work with another SLP to help facilitate the Safe Feeding and Swallowing Program within EYP. My experience before RCCSD includes Nemours, early intervention and a residential school for individuals with developmental disabilities. In my personal life, I love to spend time with my husband and my one year old son. We love to go to the beach and spend time with friends.
Shelton Harder: My career in early childhood education began in North Carolina, where I was a preschool teacher for 3 years. While teaching, I became passionate about language development, AAC, and helping children communicate. I recently graduated from the University of Delaware in May and began my career as an Itinerant Speech Language Pathologist here with the Early Years Program! The best part of my job is facilitating children’s communication skills, and helping their communication partners learn how to best support them. When I am not working as a Speech Language Pathologist, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and our adorable (and spoiled) Yorkie-Poo, gardening, mountain biking, playing guitar, going to the gym, and recently learning digital art.
Patricia LaBonte: This is my first year working as speech therapist in the Early Years Program. I previously worked in early intervention for 14 years. I love working with children and helping them communicate! When I am not at work, I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with my husband and 2 daughters.
Thank you for all you do to keep us healthy & safe! Happy School Nurses Day!
Katie Azzara has been a practicing speech-language pathologist since 2015. She absolutely loves working with preschoolers, and having the opportunity to support our community’s Spanish-speaking and bilingual families. Katie enjoys yoga and pilates, hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband and 8-month-old son.
Jess Brand is a speech-language pathologist at our Richardson Park site. Ms Jess has been a speech-language pathologist for 7 years and has been with EYP for 6 years. She loves working with her students, their families and her amazing colleagues. Her students always put a smile on her face. Outside of work, Jess enjoys being active by playing ultimate frisbee, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

My name is Samantha Bell and this is my second year with EYP but my sixth year as a Speech-Language Pathologist. I love having a collaborative team that works hard to provide our students with the resources they need to grow and succeed. When I’m not at EYP, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter and going to Longwood Gardens.

Hunter Rudinoff: This is my first school year as an itinerant speech-language pathologist with Early Years Program. I attended University of Delaware and did one of my clinical rotations here in Red Clay. I have loved watching my preschoolers grow and learning from my fellow SLPs and mentors! When I’m not at EYP, I enjoy spending time with my husband and pup, going to the beach, and playing golf!
My name is Nicole Immediato, and this is my 8th school year as a speech-language pathologist with the Red Clay Early Years Program. I have also been an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Coordinator for EYP students at Warner and at itinerant sites since January 2021. The best parts about my job are seeing students grow across all of their skill domains during their time at EYP, collaborating with the talented professionals with whom I work, and spreading awareness and education about communication, especially related to AAC. I love exploring local coffee shops, yoga, leopard print, reading, and taking walks with my pit bull, Tootsie. My newest hobbies are caring for my plant babies and playing golf.
