We are delighted to have received a grant from The Community Foundation of the Ozarks.
We were able to use the $500 donation for our AB Program and Friday Backpack Program - Rolla MO . We are so grateful to have many partnerships in the community to help sustain us.

The Friday Backpack Program - Rolla MO is growing so much, we are needing a bookkeeper. If your New Year's Resolution is about giving back to your community, and you are familiar with Quickbooks, please consider donating your time to a wonderful program. The need is about 4-5 hours per month. We have a system in place that has served us for the past year. Looking for someone who could commit to a year. If one of your New Year's Resolutions is to help/volunteer in your community, I have the perfect exciting opportunity.
We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator for the Friday Backpack Program - Rolla MO . This will be a time commitment of less than 3 hours per week; Tuesdays from 3-5pm. No heavy lifting required. This person would oversee the packing of the food bags weekly and help with inventory and food ordering (typically the same every week). We have plenty of volunteers who know what they are doing, so it would just require being the main point of contact. Email knowledge is required as this position would also email the volunteers every few months. We would still need this person to help out during the summers, but the hours are less and more flexible. If this sounds like the perfect volunteer role for you, please contact Faith Barnes: 573-368-8001. You would have plenty of training and will not have to re-create the wheel. Everyone pitches in.

For giving Tuesday please support Pccan Angel Trees by buying a gift off one of the trees at local businesses or donate money on the QR code and we will buy the gifts. Thanks to everyone that has donated already

Please give just a little of your time to an organization that does so much for our kids.

On November 18th the Rolla Optimist Club will have a truckload of Christmas trees that need to be unloaded! For a task this large we rely heavily on our volunteers! If you are able-bodied and willing, please consider joining us. The more people that show up, the faster the process goes.

Check out this short little video! A recent grantor requested a video about our programs so we had just a couple days to get this put together using photos and other clips we had. From helping with social media, coordinating volunteers, or scheduling drives with area businesses, there is a volunteer role for just about anyone!

We have been busy! With all this going on, we are in need of twin beds, cribs, pack n plays and twin bedding.
