I’ve been revisiting my love of ancient Egypt and all the inspiring magic in the jewelry specifically. I’ve been especially drawn to Cleopatra lore lately and read that she wore lapis as a favorite stone. Whether or not that’s true who knows but I enjoy believing it is ✨👑

Community Announcement 📣

After reflecting these last few weeks I’ve decided to pivot and not close yet. Closing just wasn’t feeling right. There’s so much more I want to do and explore with Goldfeather. Maybe I’ll change the name or maybe I’ll rebrand… not sure yet.. staying open to what feels good

I’ve decided that for now I’m going to move the direction of Goldfeather more into jewelry. As a
Man Gen I’m realizing I can pivot and do multiple things simultaneously that light me up. I’ll still offer Vintage but am going to be way more selective about it. I’ve been obsessed with Jewelry my whole life and I love adorning myself and especially YOU! I love the way jewels are such special and unique tokens that can represent such incredibly potent moments in our life. I hope you’ll continue on this journey with me. Who knows exactly where it’s going but that’ll be the fun of it… to be together and see where it goes! 😘

My dear community,

I have made the very difficult decision to close Goldfeather. I’ve made this choice with deep reflection, having weighed my options for the last two years. What’s occurred behind the scenes during these transitional years has been a real struggle. It was my intention to run the business in a new way, with less overhead after I left the Studio space — sadly it has been more challenging than I anticipated.

This is a really tender time for me as I process the letting go phase & final decisions to be made for the closure of Goldfeather. So, I will keep the personal sharing of this announcement brief. Although, for any of you that are curious about the inner journey, I am writing a blog post that I will likely share on the website in the coming weeks.

If you’d like to shop with Goldfeather one last time, I would GREATLY appreciate it! My goal is to sell all of my remaining inventory to pay off my small business loans and care for my family. The Goldfeather website will remain open for the next two weeks. I also plan to have a few farewell pop ups over the next few months which I will announce via the newsletter and Instagram.

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! I am so grateful for each of you, for your support and for appreciating my art. I am so honored to have created some of the most beautiful connections with you, I will cherish that always.
