Insurance claim bathroom remodel. Pipe broke and flooded out the foyer below and the base was rotted out. Needed a full gut and sub floor replacement. Two week turnaround because of the extent of damage and gut. Tight space with toilet location but we made it work. sourced a glass door that swung in or out and just clears toilet bowl. Limited choices on certain situations but in all, customers taken care of and happy turn out!

Another beautiful kitchen renovation completed. Check out the before and after pictures of this insurance claim. Dishwasher line had broke and flooded out the floor the base cabinets also into the basement. We worked together with the homeowner and insurance company to make sure they were covered and got the repair done quickly! We went one step further, and got them new quartz countertops in the price and upgraded the cabinets. Also got them covered to tear out all their flooring on the entire first floor. Stamped Sidewalk tear out and replace. We used several different colors. As everyone knows it’s hard to get an exact matching with stamped color but we got as close as we could get to customers satisfaction. They love it and are very happy with the correct slope and height to fix their issues of water collecting at low spots and cracked flagstone. We used a Verona Stone stamp with a beige Integral color.
