Although it appeared in recipe books as early as 1870, Iced Tea really took off at the Worlds Fair in St. Louis in 1904. Due to a intense heatwave, a vendors tea sales were not doing well. Enjoying some 2021 Bing Dao Sheng Puerh on its Birthday. I love how the flavor develops over time. The delicious spicy notes and sweet aroma just get better with each steep. (7 was my personal favorite)
