We felt so privileged to work with these clients to bring their vision to life. They are now moving on to pursue new opportunities in a different state. We wish them the very best. 😊

Just finished a true farmhouse in Allegan for the most wonderful people. We handed them the house keys yesterday.😊 We also built them a barn at the same time we were building the house.

We are at the trim carpentry stage at this lake house on Burgess Lake in Greenville. This lake has the prettiest clear blue water.

The retaining wall is complete at the cottage we are building at Burgess Lake and look at all the extra room for parking!

For some perspective, here is a chart showing the historical mortgage rates on 30-year fixed mortgages since 1973.

Timbertech white washed composite decking. Westbury black metal railing with vertical cable balusters. This deck is over 1,000 sq.ft. in size. It is part of a remodel project we are current doing in Forrest Hills. Notice the way the decking was installed so there are no joints on the boards.

We are building a lake house for clients we worked with 14 years ago. The first house was a 6,000 sq.ft. home in Rockford on acreage. Now they have a new set of wants and needs. This location is beautiful Burgess Lake in Montcalm County. The water is clear as crystal and the prettiest blue. 🙂

Here we are sharing the final punch list with our Freemont lake cottage customers. We love to see their smiles as we approach the finish line. 🙂
