Our Old Greenwich Waterfront renovation is underway! The history of this home is important to our client, as it was one of the first built in Lucas Point. We’re excited to update this home to take full advantage of the unobstructed Long Island Sound views

That’s a wrap on 2021! It’s been a busy year! We completed the extensive renovations at our Old Greenwich Modern Farmhouse and broke ground at our Transitional Style Waterfront residence.

Our Mid-Country Estate is fully underway and we have a few exciting new projects as well— another Old Greenwich Waterfront, a new Old Greenwich Beach House and a Backcountry Estate.

Thank you to our clients, vendors, partners and crew for making 2021 a busy and productive year. We look forward to sharing more progress on our projects in 2022!

Our Project Manager’s serve a key role in transforming our customers’ visions and design intent into reality. As a Project Manager at Edgewater Development, your role will be to work with the design team during design development. Being an effective listener and communicator is essential! Your empathy helps you recognize what matters most to our customer and their designer.

The PM provides overall management of the disciplines of budget and schedule and quality of the project. They are able to develop a project from pre-construction through project startup, construction and final completion. They work with their on-site crews throughout the project while ensuring the highest level of quality.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years of high-end residential experience managing projects, people and design. Candidates must have a complete understanding of residential construction procedures including general shell, interior and exterior finishes, and the ability to thoroughly understand architectural, structural, landscape, mechanical and electrical drawings.
