**Weekend Special Alert** Palak Paneer!

We're excited to offer a traditional North Indian dish Palak Paneer (often known as saag paneer). Fresh tender spinach is cooked down into a creamy, flavorful curry, and then we add chunks of rich paneer (cottage cheese). This is a nutritious and high protein dish, but let's be honest, you're gonna eat it because it's friggin' DELICIOUS!

Available as a small plate (choose basmati rice or roti) or a heartier Spice Bowl (rice or salad, plus roti and pickled veggies).

Getting through a July Monday calls for emergency motivation, i.e. Cold Brew Coffee! Our dark roast Indian origin beans are steeped in cold water for over 18 hours, until they're ready to filter into a smooth and rich pure coffee experience. 🌎 Offering a 100% vegetarian menu
🌎Compostable packaging for our to go orders. From spoons to paper bags to cups, our packaging is 100% compostable
🌎Offering a discount for bringing your own cup: $0.25 off
🌎 Encouraging for here cups for customer dining in (we already use stainless steel plates and utensils)
🌎 Working hard to reduce food waste with careful inventory management and measuring standards for everything we make. We're sorry this means sometimes we run out of certain items. That's the downside and it's a balance!
🌎Using local produce whenever possible from
🌎 Recycling whenever possible, including lightbulbs, batteries and plastic bags through our friends at
🌎 Buying in bulk for our two locations to reduce delivery trips
🌎 Encouraging public transit for our staff by offering a monthly subsidy for Orca cards
