Transformation is complete. It took us six months and in the process the house became a favorite drive by. Most important the owners couldn’t be happier.

Making progress on this renovation. Stone and porch are the most recent finishing touches.

Mason did a great job repairing the stairs and making the risers look new. Trim guys are wrapping the older windows with a cap to address the appearance issues when the EFIS stucco was removed.

Where we were a few weeks ago on this complete make over to where we are now. New porch framing complete today and siding and trim almost around the house. Stone work and metal roofs soon to follow.

Windows starting to go in. Siding and trim started. Transformation has really started now

Making progress. Order of the day is to foam insulate and follow with new sheathing and roof before the rain comes again.

Day One of a complete renovation - new gables and dormers, roof, siding and trim, garage and front door, new windows, and foundation stone veneer

Final touches to this outdoor porch. Installed custom made stainless steel frames around the four recessed ceiling heaters. Thanks to Broadhurst Sheet Metal who made them and RSR Autobody who painted them.

Friend’s shed all dressed up with new custom doors and trim and framing replaced. Now ready to last another 20 years.
