Daizy Doodles

After our son was diagnosed with a genetic tissue disorder, we adopted a Goldendoodle named Paisley. Perfect for our allergies too. Bingo! That was our answer.

We have set out on this adventure for a few reasons and would love to share our story. Several years ago, our youngest son began having multiple health issues that has turned into several diagnoses that require needing multiple specialists. Due to his conditions, it is going to be very hard for him to have any type of regular job and we needed something we could do at home together. He also was go

ing to be in need of a service/therapy dog in the future, as his conditions can bring him much pain and bad episode days. So we started researching the type of dog we would like to get for him and came across the Doodle. They are a bigger breed, very smart, very loyal, hypo-allergenic and highly trainable. Next we looked for one of each, since they both have certain character traits we liked. So, one Goldendoodle and one Labradoodle it was, and that is when Paisley and Harley came into our lives. So far, they are exactly what we were hoping for. It took us a year, to look for the right breeders and right personalities of the mother's etc. to find what we wanted. Paisley is the instinctive one. Very in tune with our son and very much a born therapy dog. She can zero in on him when he needs her and comforts him. She also now loves sleeping with him and watching over him. Harley is the fun, energetic, worker. She is always up for anything and is a great listener. So far, she can be taught so much and is very obedient. Both girls have exceeded our expectations thus far and they are only a year old. We can't wait to see what this next year will bring as they begin service training. So, thus Daizy Doodles is born. It is our goal to use our first two girls to build a small breeding business and offer other services, such as obedience training or pet sitting, etc of the puppies we raise to move onto their new homes. We will work hard with each litter to start training and give them lots of love and attention. This business provides a means for our son to have something to call his and continue to maintain a close working relationship with our girls. He has done all of their training so far and we get a lot of compliments on their behavior in public. It is our desire to help continue to produce other well-loved and cared for Doodles for others to enjoy. They are such a great breed and have so much to offer from the young to the elderly. They are great companions, very gentle, obedient and become part of your family quickly. They are loving, and very in tune with their families. They of course are also super adorable, fluffy and soft...with the sweetest personalities. We love our Doodles and we hope that you will too.

So we at Daizy Doodles have been on hold as we navigate some health testing for my son. All is well.

In the meantime, a friend of mine did have a litter of standard Goldendoodles. Mom is a flat coat and dad is a poodle. I know they aren’t health tested, but they are hand raised and come from healthy parents. You can contact them for more questions at (951)210-6769. I believe they are ready to go home in two weeks or so.

This is how we keep our doodles teeth all clean and sparkly. Highly recommend.

Pet dentals are very important. Excessive tartar buildup in your pets mouth can cause bad breath (halitosis) and even lead to periodontal disease and other health complications. At home brushing is important to keep up at least 2-3 times weekly. (Although everyday would be AMAZING!) I have a male from one of our litters that needs rehoming. He will be 5 in March. He is neutered. He is located in WA so if we can find someone closer to him that would be best. You can contact me through DM for more details. I will be picking a home that I feel will be best. My rehomes are never a first come, first serve type of thing. I do my best to set them up for the best possible situation based on their disposition currently. He is a 75 lb multi gen goldendoodle. Questions will be answered through private messages. I’d like to note that sometimes circumstances change in people’s lives and they want to do what they feel is best for their pet. At Daizy Doodles we also want what is best and work together to be sure we have perfect placement. It is part of our contract that our babies our returned to us and rehomed if ever needed. We always want to keep track of them and be sure they are being well cared for. They are forever my babies too.

I was on service dog duty today for my favorite guy. He saw a new doctor that specializes in Ehlers Danlos, but she was super allergic to dogs. So because I am such a good boy, they let me hang out in the back with the staff for about an hour while Mom went with him. They said I was the best dog they have ever met. People took turns coming in to visit me in the managers office. So I ended up doing therapy work instead for an hour, all by myself. Mom and my guy were super proud of me. I truly am a very good boy. Just ask the tons of strangers I hung out with today. ❤️❤️

Update: This sweet boy has found a new home. Thank you for your interest. I had so many messages, I couldn’t even get to them all.

This 5 year old male Daizy Doodle needs a new home. Under any and all circumstances, we as the breeder help and encourage any rehomes when they are necessary. So no shaming allowed here. I was invited to come visit some sweet kids this morning. One little guy had never even seen a dog before. He loved it. We made a lot of non-verbal children smile, some with their mouths and some with their eyes. It was a beautiful thing.

When you are still a therapy dog, even on your day off. Lunch and shopping with my friend. Giving the shop girl some lovin’ and meeting some girls on State Street. We even ran into one of our nurses from Kaiser Fontana PICU. We were so excited, we forgot to take a photo.

It’s National Dog Day. We can’t enough about the love and joy this boy brings to so many. He truly is a Happy Heart Maker. So proud of him and all that he gives to not just our family but 100s of people. We love you Oliver.
