Mercari took this down listing down as infringement of a trademark or intellectual property?!?

If companies are going to complain about resellers using their name or color names. Or worse if a reseller is complaining about someone using their titles, which nearly everyone on eBay does, reselling as we know it is in trouble.

The other possibility is “Tracksuit” which is apparently a new company. Considering the term Track suit has been used since the 70’s that would be like Disney saying nobody can use the term Cinderella, since the story predates their version.

Recent yard sale score 64 clothing pieces in total; 4 Duluth trading, 5 Talbots, 6 Calvin Klein, 10 Lands’ End, 18 Ann Taylor pieces and the rest is an assortment of other brands.

Anyone with kids and cats knows what this represents and the work needed to retrieve it!
