After 25 wonderful years serving Southlake and the surrounding community, the landlord of Southlake Town Square has chosen to not offer us a lease extension. Because of that, our final day of business in Southlake Town Square will be Wednesday, June 19th.
I understand this may come as a shock. We love Southlake, and the community that has grown around us. We’ve served millions of meals in the past 25 years, but what we’ve enjoyed most is getting to know you and seeing entire families grow up in our restaurant. Many of you we see multiple times a week. We cannot thank you enough for all of your support over the past 25 years.
This is not goodbye – only “see you later.” Our staff who wish to stay with us will be moving to other Rockfish locations in Tarrant & Denton Counties. Rockfish recently opened a location in Ft Worth off Camp Bowie and we are actively looking for new locations through the metroplex, we are committed to having a stronger presence throughout Tarrant county.
Frank, Jared, Debra, and all of our staff will greatly miss you. Please stop by and enjoy one more from scratch meal from us.
