New art for sale! "what fries with that?" Purchase online here. It's disturbing to think what we put in our bodies. Our food is processed beyond recognition, the DNA of a thousand cows in one fast food serving. And yet we allow the process. So like this drawing, we're not sure what we're having for dinner.
New art for sale! "Skywave" Purchase online here. Sometimes nature offers us an image that has no beginning, no end. The difference between sky and water indistinguishable. It’s the lack of demarcation that fools us into thinking we know everything there is about ourselves.
Art of the Day: Lighthouse on the Sound - T.Lakgraphix Available now for purchase. From their first appearance on shore, these keepers of safe passage have shown guidance during dangerous waters. One of 11 lighthouses that dot the Connecticut shoreline, this one embodied the traditional look and feel of days past.
Art of the Day: Put out to pasture - T.Lakgraphix Available now for purchase. After a career of working hard, most of us put out to pasture. There's something about machines that we discard. Each piece of rust that sits in a field tells us a story of their life. That technology passes us by everyday. Do we respect all those that have passed before?
New art for sale! "Spring thaw" Purchase online here. Snows will melt and expose dormant landscapes. It’s the cycle of life we all experience. But for now the transition can only offer us muted tones.
New art for sale! "Autumn harvest rest" Purchase online here. Another in my old tractor series. The use of heavier strokes is a seasonal thing for me as in the past I used to do a few holiday coloring sheets for kids’ parties and contest. Looking back, a few of their results looked similar to mine. No one knows where inspiration comes f...
Featured Art of the Day: Aruba 2013 - T.Lakgraphix Available now for purchase. Is there anything more simple than island life? Cool breezes, warm sunshine and water of blue combine for the perfect get away. These few lines of ink tell all. Memories fill in the details.
Featured Art of the Day: the pit - T.Lakgraphix Available now for purchase. The symbolism of the cut peach is undeniable. It exposes all that is life and love. The sweet flesh surrounds the hard seed of reality. Be careful how hard and deep you bite less you lose a smile. A life lesson harshly revealed. Just as the seed has a promise of new begin...
Featured Art of the Day: Waves - T.Lakgraphix Available now for purchase. Smell the salt air, relax as the soothing sound of waves rush towards the shore. No matter the weather, waves are always there. It's good to be at the shore.
Featured Art of the Day: moored - T.Lakgraphix Available now for purchase. Visit any small harbor and you'll find this scene. As storms approach shelter is a must. Look for the light that will show your way. Tie your line security and ride out nature's fury.
Featured Art of the Day: unwell love - T.Lakgraphix Available now for purchase. Early humanity needed water, and the well was born to aid their progression. But more modern techniques arrived that were more efficient. But what about other types of wells? The well of emotion that drives us to love. And ultimately the end. Thus becomes a deep subject f...
Featured Art of the Day: Fall flowers - T.Lakgraphix Available now for purchase. Artists have alway had a fond subject in flowers. They tell us everything we need to know about life. These were grown in the spring, picked in the fall, back in the ground after their usefulness has passed. This cycle contains beautiful moments which we appreciate.

As an artist, it’s always good to check in with a self protrait every now and then. Art evokes emotions, from the artist to the viewer. At this stage of the game, it’s hard not to look back and reflect on the path of creativity i’ve created. This one combines imagery from some past subjects that have shaped my illustrative career. T
