Vermont GOP votes to back Trump, waiving rule against supporting candidates convicted of felonies - VTDigger The Vermont Republican Party’s executive committee conducted its vote this week in a closed-door meeting, despite saying earlier this month that it would hold off until after the Republican National Convention in July.
Thanks to a generous $5.3M+ grant from National Science Foundation (NSF) for cybersecurity research, education, and training, allocated over the next five years, Norwich will be able to offer scholarships to students that will enhance learning and research opportunities into cybersecurity threats, artificial intelligence, and machine learning through an integrated B.S./M.S. program.
The National Science Foundation stated, “In the modern era of heightened connectivity, addressing cyber threats is paramount. Norwich University aligns with the national goal of cultivating top-tier scholars and leaders in cybersecurity in government organizations.” With this grant, the National Science Foundation has reinforced Norwich’s position as a leader in cybersecurity education.

Free 7-day summer meal boxes are available to all children 18 and under thanks to a partnership between the Essex Westford School District and Hunger Free Vermont! Pick up in Montpelier at the Family Center of Washington County Vermont on Mondays between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm starting June 24th OR pick up in Roxbury at Roxbury Village School on Wednesdays between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm starting June 26th. No registration is required.
Boxes will contain seven breakfasts and seven lunches and include foods like cereal, muffins, bagels, wraps, deli meats and cheese, nut butter, whole cucumbers, baby carrots, apples, raisins, and cantaloupe. Each box will also contain a gallon of milk. Please visit www.mrpsvt.org/summer-meals for all the details!
