I would like to thank all my clients that have made a child's day this coming Christmas.
Most of us know what Christmas truly is and God loves to see a child happy and being loved.
These children at SafeHaven, their lives have been turned upside down and if for one moment they can have a smile in their hearts because of a gift, so be it.
Be the Santa to those that need a helping hand, it's not the gift, but to a child that someone cares enough about them.
Help by what you can do for someone and ifs it's paying for groceries, utilities, rent/mortgage or so on, it's what Jesus teachings are about.
Love always win and why God the Father sent His only begotten Son.

Devices that people want to use to take care of the issues and or pains that they have.
If you're a younger adult it may seem like this stuff works, but as time goes on, it doesn't really work.
Muscles have to be addressed correctly, not by devices that actually deceives and makes the problem worse as time goes on.

I have not written any post for a while, been working on my website.
People with doctorates, believes they know the muscle system, but don't.
Something I have said for ages, you can not loosen muscle by stretching!
Believing in stretching the muscles, equal operations!!
Look at all the people in their fifties and older!!!
