und in Aromatherapy was very helpful as I started formulating my own natural products for my daughter and family and found that not only did they work better than store brought products but I loved the fact that I knew exactly what was in them and that they were good for us to use. The majority of soap sold in stores are synthetic, not actually true soaps, but rather are detergents full of artificial color, dyes, fragrances, and chemicals. Our skin is our biggest organ and about 60 percent of what we apply on our skin is actually absorbed by our bodies, including unsafe and harsh chemicals. Whenever possible I use food grade, unrefined, organic oils, butters, base products and herbs, all ethically sourced. Essential oils are used in small quantities for their natural fragrance and healing properties. Products produced in my studio are made in small batches to ensure quality control and contain no artificial dyes, colors, fragrances, parabens, phthalate or sulphates. There may be variations in size, texture, shape and color as all products are handmade.
