๐ Introducing Camp PreK and Camp Kinder! ๐
We're thrilled to launch this pilot program at our school for PreK and Kindergarten students. This initiative aims to build cohesive classroom communities and create thriving educational environments for our youngest learners. ๐ซโจ
๐ PreK Locations: Creek, Lakehoma, and Riverwood ๐ Kindergarten Locations: Centennial, Creek, Lakehoma, Prairie View, Riverwood, and Trails
๐ฉโ๐ซ Each enrolled child will be assigned a Buddy Teacher who will be your primary point of contact. You'll meet all the teachers and explore classrooms during our Open House on August 8th.
๐ On the first day, students will start and end their day with their Buddy Teacher and rotate between classrooms, engaging in purposeful play and back-to-school activities. This helps us understand student interactions to place them in the best-suited class.
๐
By August 19th, students will join their official PreK or Kinder class, and you'll have a meeting to learn about schedules and routines.
We believe Camp PreK and Camp Kinder will be a fantastic start to your child's educational journey. We can't wait to welcome you to our school community!

To celebrate 100 years of Mustang Public Schools, each school was given an art project to display at the Mustang Performing Arts Center. The following fourth graders were chosen to create a canvas representing a decade. They painted in a color scheme to reflect their decade, added symbols and designs from that era, and created a Mustang Bronco dressed in the fabulous fashion of the time period!
Zachary VanDeMark- 1950s
Sombra Avalos- 1960s
Kimi Atkins- 1970s
