On Sunday, we celebrated Father's Day with beers, bites, and baseball! The turnout was amazing and the food was out of this world! Even though Cleveland lost, laughs and smiles were still had by many.

In honor of Game Show Day, our residents versed the staff in some Family Feud! It was so much fun and there were smiles and laughs throughout the room! We will be hosting this again, so keep your eyes peeled for more fun.

A brand new beautiful 55+ community, The Village at Hinckley Oaks Apartments, welcomed us to get in front of a few of their residents to share some general skilled nursing information and the quality care we provide at our building.

An employee of Brunswick Pointe, Jason Williams, RN, took blood pressure and shared his story of how he became a nurse. With great conversations and many laughs, we enjoyed The Village at Hinckley Oaks and plan to go back soon! Thank you for having us!

National Nursing Home Week was a success at BP, as A tribute to The Golden Age of Radio was recognized!
Monday - we brought the Roaring 20's to life, and played some twenties themed Bingo- and the residents loved it!
Tuesday - all about Swing with yummy Root Beer Floats, followed by some live music!
Wednesday - we went Country with our cowboy hats, boots and watched some Bonnie and Clyde!
Thursday - all about the 50's as we had a delicious BBQ buffet, as our dietary staff brought it once again with an amazing spread for the residents and staff! All followed by some target shooting out on our courtyard, as the residents love the fresh air!
Friday - we topped it all off with our amazing Sock Hop! The residents had so much fun singing, and bopping away to the music! The Banana Splits were on fire with all the fixings, and there were smiles all throughout the room!! It was such a fun week at BP, stay tuned for whats in store next!!

Join us in celebrating Nurses Week by showing our support for hospitals in area assisted living with coffee and Bundt cakes! Because nurses are nothing “Bundt” the best!

Honoring Mother's Day and Nurses Week, Foundations Health Solutions and Brunswick Pointe treated local hospital case managers and social workers to a delightful evening out! Hosted at the charming Lovely Paperie & Gifts in Rocky River, Ohio, attendees savored light appetizers and refreshments while perusing the boutique's treasures. A wonderful opportunity to forge connections with our hospital partners beyond the daily grind. Cheers to celebrating and appreciating those who make a difference in healthcare!

For Mother's Day this year, Brunswick Pointe hosted a Paint N' Sip party, and the turnout was beyond amazing! The wonderful Taylor Bash came in and demonstrated for us. The room was full of great food, wonderful company, and cheerful smiles! Everyone had a great time, and we will definitely have this again. Thank you, moms everywhere, for all you do! 🎨❤️

As we continue our celebration for nurses, we had a self-care basket raffle! Two of our lovely nurses, Kim and Theresa, were the lucky winners. Congratulations, ladies! Remember to celebrate the nurses in your life!

Foundations Health Solutions and Brunswick Pointe were excited to share in the celebration of Nurses Week at St. John Medical Center in Westlake, Ohio. The staff at St. John's have been dedicated to the residents of the western Cleveland Suburbs for many years.

It felt only right for us to bring a little something to brighten up their day. Even a little rain could not stop our parade as almost 100 of the staff members at the hospital got to enjoy a delicious treat to keep them on their feet!

As a Preferred Provider of Southwest General Hospital and longtime advocate of the Hospital as a whole, we gladly support the Southwest Hospital Foundation as an “Innovator” sponsor at The Tiara Gala Fundraiser. The Cleveland Art Museum was a beautiful venue for this elegant event. Many attended such as the executive administration of the hospital, leadership, caregivers, and physicians.

Not only does The Southwest Hospital Foundation help serve the patients and community members but also funds many important projects throughout the hospital. It is a pleasure being a large supporter of Southwest General Hospital!

As we start our week of celebration for our nurses at Brunswick Pointe, we want to recognize and thank our incredible nurses for everything they do for our residents. Each and every one of you is truly amazing; from the exceptional care you provide to your compassion and dedication to all of our residents. We cannot thank you enough for what you do. You are all truly inspiring and we cannot express our gratitude enough. This week is about you!

We gave 'em Something to TACO bout at Brunswick Pointe! In celebration of Cinco de Mayo, we had a taco buffet and filled our bellies with delicious food and our faces with smiles :)

Thank you to Southwest Community Outreach for allowing us to sponsor such an important health and wellness talk regarding Brain Health! Rachel, Speech Pathologist at Southwest General Hospital, gave an informative presentation to employees, volunteers and administrative staff that had us all laughing and questioning what our minds are really capable of! Stay Healthy!

Our Spring/Summer Menu introduces some new savory flavors as our residents can look forward to our Braised Swiss Steak Jardiniere served with Au Gratin Potatoes and Green Beans, or savor the Garlic Parmesan Grilled Chicken Breast paired with Pesto Cream Cavattappi and California Vegetable Blend.

Thank you to Officer Brian Mummert of Brunswick Police who gave an informative talk regarding scams. Unfortunately, the elderly are a target for these scammers and it is important to be educated in this area.

In honor of Earth Day yesterday, we decided to go outside in our courtyard and plant some flowers. The sun was out, and we enjoyed the fresh air! We can't wait to see the flowers bloom! 🌎🌱

On Thursday our wonderful ladies in our Dietary Department hosted a sandwich tasting for our residents. The residents voted with the winning sandwich being added to our select menu! They loved tasting all the delicious sandwiches and had a blast being together.

On Monday, Brunswick Pointe hosted a Total Eclipse party which included fun snacks, trivia, and great company! Everyone then went outside to gather around and experience a twice-in-a-lifetime moment! The residents and staff loved every minute of it. It was definitely a great afternoon!
