I can’t remember the wise person that told me this ………change will always happen …
When we can’t control the change around us,
We can only control within.
This is a hard message but hate to admit the truth speaks loudly.
I personally develop back issues to later have surgery and believe sitting at a desk may have attributed to it amongst other things.
What do we IF our job requires sitting on conference calls and or meetings?
- Set boundaries with long meetings. Short breaks every hour
- Look at a stand/sit OR stand at your desk
- Take walks during breaks/lunches
- Exercise and stretch at your desk

We need to hydrate. If you have a hard time keeping refreshed with water, add lemon, fruits, strawberries, and cucumbers and mint.

It was a tough reality to learn for me that 80% of our results is OUR food choices..
Unless you are blessed with a great metabolism. It is the reality.
Implement these three things TODAY and change your health:
1) Good Protein and Fiber combine at least 3 meals a day
2) Schedule FOOD PREP weekly for meals you typically grab or are on the run
3) Increase water intake. Take your weight / 2 that is the number of ounces of water to drink per day (or more in AZ- check with your doctor)
