What are the benefits of Girl's Empowerment? Through this psychoeducational group your daughter can learn the skills necessary to deal with peer pressure, girl drama, bullying and cyberbullying. She will be given opportunities to practice better coping skills, tools to handle anxiety, anger, and stress better. She may develop a better sense of self and increased self-esteem.

Update: There are 4 seats available in the boy's 7-9-year-old group.

There is one seat available in the 10-12-year-old group.
Boys ages 7-9 10-12
Girls ages 7-9 10-12
These groups will give children the opportunity to learn and practice better communication skills, verbal and non-verbal, emotional regulation/anger management, making friends, dealing with bullying, cyberbullying, coping with middle school issues, and social media. Appropriate for children with adhd, mild-moderate ASD, and typically developing kids who need help with any of the above skills.

All Groups meet 1x week. You must commit to the entire 8-12 week session. Payment can be made in a one-time payment for a discounted rate. Or they can be made weekly prior to the weekly group meeting.
