Wonder what that big machine in the gym is used for? It's called a Cable Cross Over machine. Here's one exercise to get started with. Keep the weight light 5-10 pounds the first few times you use it. Keep fore arms bent a bit and your torso leaning just slightly forward. Add weight gradually. You can go from 5 pounds to 7 pounds by setting 2 pound weights on top of the 5 pound on the cable cross over.

Ladies….. Know you should be strength training but don’t know where to start? This program is very good. I did it January-April of this year and learned a lot. The first 3 weeks were very challenging. The strength training is just 2 days a week…but you walk everyday and do 20 minute HITT 2 days a week. Get Strong, Improve your Balance, feel great. $99 . I followed along with her videoes on the tv in the gym, used the gym weights, used the benches in the gym.
