Hey yall 👋🏼 Here is my spicy fried chicken sandwich 🥪 Made with brined boneless chicken thighs, seasoned to the gawds with Tony's Chachere, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, sazon, and a few other spices. I then doubled dipped it in seasoned flour and cold water and eggs for the most crispy crunchy coating‼️
