Some of the best costumes are on stage for Beauty and the Beast at Garnet Valley High School. I contributed to Mrs. Potts costume which was a small fraction of what was needed to put on this show. Great Performance!!! Bravo!!!

Long Arm Q’nique machine is a Game Changer from quilting on the Juki!! Although intimidating to set up, such a magnificent piece of equipment. Quilts will be next level with this mama!! I’ve already finished a quilt with it and I’m in love 🥰

Sergers are one of the most under appreciated machines since they have a learning curve for threading and machine settings. Using a serger to create memory bears is so satisfying as the pieces are perfectly stitched together with such buttery edges. These three threads overlock in a beautiful design that’s smooth and rhythmic. I love the results of what is created but perhaps I enjoy the stitches (no one else sees) a little more.

Embroidery, Heat Transfer and Sewing projects completed these last weeks.

Bride asked for pockets in her wedding dress. It was so rewarding to add them!! Every dress deserves pockets 😊!

Last week one daughter asked for Flowers. This weekend another daughter is asking for Birds. 🦅 Go Birds!!! 🦅

Sending the kids off to college with some fall themed sweatshirts. I purchased two sheets of Halloween DTF designs from KAI RAE DTF TRANSFERS and used the heat press to adhere them. Aren’t they super cute!? I’ve got 56 designs remaining if interested, PM me.

Converted a hoodie into a zip-up jacket and added extra width at the zipper since the original fit was snug.

Do you see what I see? That’s a brand new good looking zipper right there! And the rip in the second pair is mended. I enjoy making favorite items renewed. ♥️🧵🪡
