HVAC & Metal Fabricating company based in Toledo, Ohio affiliated with Local 33 Sheet Metal Workers.
The company was founded by Don Okuley in 1958 as Okuley Heating & Air Conditioning. It soon became known as a specialist in boiler installation and servicing, which was quickly becoming the system of choice when steam and natural gas became available and coal was being phased out. From day one, Okuley HVAC has operated a sheet metal fabrication shop making it a natural fit for providing forced air
systems as the emphasis on air-conditioning, humidification, and the overall need for indoor air quality arose. During its 58 years in business, Okuley HVAC and Metal Fabricating has designed, fabricated, and installed many types of air quality systems— from commercial kitchens to industrial ventilation and product moving and handling. In addition to comfort heating and cooling, baghouse assembly and installations for manufacturing is one staple of their many services. The company is known for its ongoing investment in fabrication equipment as well as its state of the art computerized layout and plasma cutting ability, which provides them diverse and innovative solutions to their customers’ needs. Over the decades, Don’s sons, Chuck, Richard, and Bob have all been instrumental in the success and diversity of Okuley HVAC and Metal Fabricating while forging it into a “large enough to serve you, but small enough to know you” company. As a sheet metal workers union affiliated company, along with the many years of experience in all things metal, you can be confident in their abilities, resources, and expertise to deliver you an excellent and well performing finished product.
