I would include in their suggestion a periodic 1:1 feedbacks to shorten quickly any possible gap on time along with and 1:1 coaching process.

Lord, God, owner of time and eternity, yours is today and tomorrow, the past and the future. At the end of this year I want to thank you for all that I received from YOU.

Thank you for life and love, for the flowers, the air and the sun, for the joy and the pain, for how much it was possible and for what it could not be.
.
I offer you what I did this year, the work I was able to do and the things that passed through my hands and what I was able to build with them.
.
I present to you the people that I loved throughout these months, the new friends and the old loves, those closest to me and those who are further away, those who gave me their hand and those whom I was able to help, with that I shared life, work, pain and joy.
.
But also, Lord, today I want to ask your forgiveness, forgiveness for the time lost, for the money badly wasted, for the useless work, and the wasted love. Sorry for meaningless works and bad work, and sorry for living without enthusiasm.

Also for the prayer that little by little I was postponing and that until now I have come to introduce you. For all my forgetfulness, carelessness and silences I again ask for your forgiveness.

In the next few days we will start a new year and I stop my life before the new calendar still without release and I present to you these days that only YOU know if I will get to live them.

What is that particular not nice emotion that you are feeling for sometime or that way of being that doesn’t pair with your purpose?.
We offer workshops of 4 hours regarding Time Management with ease, Presentation skills, Written communication skills, Personality archetypes. Our workshops have the added value of coaching practice in it for better learning and to drive personal potential.
This was back in September 2019 where I delivered my workshop of Gánale al Tiempo where participants learned new tools to make the time works for them without stress, frustration, nor anxiety. This workshop provides a technique to win against the time by focus, anticipation, and actions.
How do you want to be remembered as a leader?. What do you need to do to achieve that?
Sometimes it could happens that we, as leaders, are not walking the talk, but expect a positive change or growth in our people. If this is your case, What would you do differently for 2022?.
Here is a brief trending in India by some companies in regards to Learning and Development on their workforce.
1)Role-specific online trainings for their workforce to decide their own Career Path based on the qualifications (listed also online) they need to fill to aspire growth. What triggered this program was the Pandemic and its impeding regulations and technology (Societe Generale Global Solution Center-Indian based for the French Bank).
2)Hyper-personalization (intuitive & user-friendly) by an L&D experience imirroing in a way to Netflix and Amazon. 90% of their platform is now consumer-grade. Hence, the workforce can “watch” and complete a training even on weekends if they want (TATA Communications). Training content turned into movies. Have saved around $1,200 per group in training costs (Altisource).
3)Training on Softskills such as Problem-Solving skills, Innovation, People-influencing (To Leaders), Emotional Intelligence to have their workfoce with a high resiliencie. What triggered programs of soft and behavioral skills was to minimize working in “silos” mode due to the Work From Home policies since the Pandemic (Anand Group).
4)Training on automation and digital savvy even if an employee is not in a technological role to have them ready for the imminent changes now & in near future (Skillsoft India).
As you can see, Training and Development strategies have evolved in India and is focusing on instilling new soft skills and technology knowledge to prepare their workforce and organization for the present and future. The user-friendly approach I found it fascinating and a pretty smart one. What can we learn from this? What L&D strategy would you create for your organization that could keep your workforce not only engaged and adapting to change, but also making sure you built a clear and friendly Career Path with this new reality?

This was an amazing opportunity back in 2018 thanks to an event by the ICF South Chapter with Dave Buck as the Speaker. For the one who doesn’t know, Dave Buck was the muse of Thomas Leonard; the father of Professional Life and Business Coaching 😊. I think he is a brilliant mind. The energy, motivation, and the ease way he transmits a knowledge its unique. It was also a great surprise for me as my friend of childhood was the VP of such Chapter by that time. Also, was the one who shared with me this invitation which I didn’t doubt it a bit and I registered right away! ⏩
Great webinar I attended by The People Piece giving us 8 ways to end the year like a Human.
1. *Set up the intention* by getting away from the inner critic. Find a special Mantra, phrase or affirmation that helps you stay focus and lift you. Mine was: I am capable, I am enough.
2. *Make a plan and cut at least 30%* by the 5D’s technique which is:
- Dump
- Diminish
- Delegate
- Do it differently
- Delay
3. *Be strategic about your last (2021) and first week (2022)*. Limit external engagements if possible.
4. *Celebrate accomplishment* by harvesting your learnings / What were you most impactful results? What habits are you going to take with you? What are you most proud of when you look back at the year?
5. *Tie off personal loose ends* by putting in your agenda space to have a clarification and cohering conversation with someone to improve collaboration. And to leave any negative energy behind to start the new year fresh.
6. *Be intentional about your last day in the office* ; any rituals you can think of? Mine is organizing my desk and clean files to keep only the ones of real use. And set up an big year intention.
7. *Take time to dream*. What do you want to create in this New Year? What type of leader do you want to be?
8. *Plan for unstructured time off*: Block time in your agenda for the sake of having spaciousness to diminish stress and do thing with more consciousness.
