It's said that surfers only get to ride the waves about 8% of the time. It's as though we could also apply that to life. The amount of time and practice we put in is what most don't see. They see that 8%.

So when you're practicing whatever it is and feel like you're alone in that journey, just remember everyone goes through life pushing through the waves, waiting for their perfect moment. Those who practice and work hard will be able to relish their moment when the perfect wave comes.

Not a bad kickoff to racing season. got involved in an early crash and was very thankful to have Joelle catch up with 12 to go and the two worked together until the finish! Meet Coach Kyle Stone! He is a professional triathlon coach and Ironman World Championship qualifier!
