Coffee of the week goes to.. Nicaragua Altísimo Light ☕️⛰️🌱 Altísimo means “the highest” and this coffee was grown in a region of cultivated fields at 5000 feet. This means a longer growing season & more fats/proteins are developed within the seed which enhances the flavor profile of the bean. With notes of sweet orange and chocolate, you can’t go wrong brewing this coffee up at anytime if the day ☀️
