Throw back to last week, when we had the privilege of volunteering at Reigning Grace Ranch! They have such an inspiring mission, serving youth, families, veterans, & first responders in our community with equine therapy. We put in some physical labor, but were rewarded by meeting some amazing people & animals. We were also rewarded with a team lunch & shopping spree! (Thank you Dr M!) Such an all around amazing day! We absolutely love our team community service days where we get the chance to serve our community in a different capacity than we normally do! π

Murphy Orthodontics has consistently honored our commitment to support our community, and we take great pride in our family of patients. We are happy to announce that in addition to our annual Murphy Orthodontics Scholarship $1,000 award, we have implemented another scholarship which will be ongoing. This additional $1,000 award, The Brendan M. Murphy Memorial Scholarship, will help us continue to recognize some of the of the many talented patients who apply. Our program continues to grow and encourage excellence in many areas.

Meet Alek:
His mother Jenny is one of our Clinical-Technical Experts here at Murphy Orthodontics. Jenny gave birth to a beautiful, strong, ever-smiling little boy, Alek, in June 2023. Alek was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease-End Stage Renal Failure in October 2023. Jenny has taken a leave from work to care for Alek and prepare for their new normal.
Team Murphy is hoping for your help as we lovingly support Jenny, her husband, Cameron and Baby Alek. Your gift is invaluable and sincerely appreciated.

Today Team Murphy had the privilege of providing Christmas gifts for families in need through the Salvation Army Christmas Angel Giving Tree program. We spent a couple hours making sure the kids got everything on their Christmas lists and had a blast doing it. We may have gone just a little overboard & over budget. π€£

Thank you all for helping us become the top fundraising group for this year's Autism Speaks walk! Together we raised over $3,190!
We reached this mark thanks to the generosity of our patients, colleagues, our team members, & Dr Murphy. Our goal was $1,500 and together we reached double that!
Thank you again to all who attended, and for all the support you've provided to the children in our community.

Congrats to Marley G! Our first ever winner of our Murphy Orthodontics Scholarship Honorable Mention Drawing! We had so many amazing entries into the 2023 Murphy Scholarship Program. It was so close, we decided to start doing a drawing with all of the honorable mentions. Marley will be given a $250 check to go towards tution, books, etc. We are so proud of her & all of our other high school seniors that applied this year!
