🤰Your body begins to produce colostrum during the second trimester of pregnancy and is exactly what your baby needs for his first feedings. For most, this will be all your baby needs for the first few days of life*. However, there are some mothers who will not be able to keep up with their baby’s demands initially. With proper milk removal and breast stimulation, this can often be temporary.

🤱If you’re concerned about your milk supply, find a local IBCLC in your area to assess the situation and help you reach your goals!
