A SILVER ALERT has been issued at the request of Leominster Police for PAMELA VAUGHAN, 73, who walked away from the Village Rest Home in Leominster around 4PM Friday. She is 5'02" tall, 110lbs, with grey hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing tan slacks and a red jacket.
