🚦TRAFFIC TUESDAY UPDATE 🚦
We’re shifting gears! 🚔 Starting this month, we will be sharing Traffic Tuesday stats monthly instead of weekly. The first Tuesday of the month will be reserved for providing the previous months total stats. This change allows us to bring the community more practical traffic tips throughout the month on “Traffic Tip Tuesdays” to help keep our roads safer every day.

If there are traffic topics that you would like to see addressed throughout the month, please submit through direct message, and we will do our best to highlight these and provide instruction to the community.

COMMUNITY IN ACTION
Last Friday, officers from our dayshift's A Gold patrol squad responded to a local business for a theft report. Sadly, they discovered that a seven-year-old girl had her backpack and birthday money stolen. The officers felt compelled to do something special for this young lady. The following day officers gathered gifts and birthday money for her. On Saturday, they surprised the young girl and her family, presenting the gifts, taking her out to lunch, and singing her a much-deserved Happy Birthday.

We're very proud of our officers for going above and beyond to make this little girl's day special, turning a bad situation into a positive memory for all!
