Video Analysis is back and powered by Pelotero. Pelotero is a platform that allows us to quickly deliver custom programs to hitters.

Video Analysis at Swings Above Replacement will follow a new sWAR Analysis format.

We have 20 checkpoints from three phases in the swing we will be measuring:
1. Setup/Gather
2. Launch
3. Contact

If you do these 20 things well, your swing will be in great shape.

Each Custom Hitting Program will include Exercises, Swing Feels and Hitting Drills for the top 3 priorities of your swing.

As you improve, we'll adjust your program to work through the different aspects of the swing.

We'll provide an Overall Score, then a Score for each of the three Swing Phases. A huge priority is for hitters to understand their strengths and weaknesses while delivering a plan to make improvements.

On Pelotero, you'll get a login to access your Custom Hitting Program.

All drills/exercises have videos to help guide you through the program. There will also be articles for you to read based on your swing to help you understand the WHY behind your program.

We have Single Programs or a Subscription for weekly check-ins.
