Gyms just opened up today and let me tell you it felt sooooooooo good. I started out quarantine doing ok working out at home but after we got the Coop Dog (our new pup), he was not stoked about in home workouts so that made it a little tough (and I made an excuse out of it) but was at least getting 4-5 miles of walking in with the dog (occasional sprints because that’s how he rolls lol). Sorry for the run-on sentence haha- that’s the closest I’ve come to running in a long time 😂.
Tell me, are you excited to get back in the gym? Are you starting to prefer in home workouts? Or are you like “screw it, summer’s already here.” ? 😂😂😂

Gyms are still closed in hotels, so I’m still doing workouts in my room that don’t require more than a band! I will say, I am missing the weights but God knows I really need to work on my cardio haha.

I’m making these Lemon bars 🍋 by Danielle Walker as well as doing a Paleo/keto pancake bar, mixed berry fruit salad, a spinach salad, breakfast potatoes, sausage and bacon 🥓 (once), Deviled eggs will be present (someone else is making them) and a mimosa bar!!

Almost didn’t work out today but managed to bust out a Beachbody T:20 workout. Perfect 20 min workout for my lazy butt! Haha

So I got sent to Fort Meyers today and I forgot my workout pants AND a sports bra. While I almost considered that a free pass to not do my workout, I improvised and did a workout in my hotel in my bikini as you can see here lol. I think I prefer it over workout clothes. Much cooler 😜. Anywho, I did insanity max:30 day 3 intervals!
Now off to the shower to wash off the sweat and corona...
Had to work a red eye last night so due to exhaustion I chose to go on a 2 mile walk and then do the 21 day fix, week 1 yoga. Was just what I needed and kept me moving when I didn’t want to do jack! What was your workout today??

So I tried the Beach Body Insanity Max this morning since it doesn’t require equipment. Loved it! But I definitely feel for the people that live below us... so much jumping 😬😂. Sorry!!!
