Inclusivi-Tee

With a mission of supporting justice and kindness, we sell artist-designed products, donate time and Inclusivi-tee is a quarterly t-shirt subscription club.

Our goal is to create your favorite t-shirts. T-shirts will be designed by artist around the themes of "progress, diversity, and hope." 100% of our profits will go to various progressive nonprofit organizations. In addition to offering t-shirts, we will have a developing progressive website. Eventually, we hope to be your one-stop shop for progressive information. But first, we want to be your favorite t-shirts.

Every day I make it a point to focus on gratitude and name at least two or three things for which I am thankful. Around the end of November every year, close to Thanksgiving but very often not on Thanksgiving, I make a list of things for which I am thankful. The list never is, and really can't be, comprehensive. It is just a reflection of what I can think of at that moment. Sometimes I add to it again and again over weeks. Sometimes I hang it in my house.

This morning, I completed this year's list. As usual, it is not a comprehensive list. It is a this morning list. It captures a moment in time, five minutes of reflection. It includes things for which I am always thankful and things of which I am especially aware today.

Making a list helps me remember to be grateful, helps me focus on all my privileges, and helps me believe it will be okay, whatever that means.

Lori and Bobbi start Thanksgiving week by talking about the importance of being thankful.
