Another Bennett Remodeling Inc./Bryson GoodWerx LLC project that we were hoping to have wrapped up today but rain got in the way ( it has been slowing down this project from the beginning, lol) but we are always looking to do our best and give our customers a job that will last! Workers Wanted:
Painters and Handyman. Starting pay $15-20/hr for 2 weeks. Continued pay according to individual Dependability, Talent, Experience, willingness to being diligent to improving your work and neatness. Must have own transportation, the ability to work on 40ft extension ladders when necessary, and a willingness to follow directions and abide by company rules. A Self motivated worker.

Powerwashed and scraping, prime spotting bare areas, replacement of rotted/damaged woodwork, priming and most the woodwork should be completed on Monday, then on to base coat finishes... Rain certainly didn't help us 😒 😁🙃...gotta just roll with the punches. Except for a couple days of rain and some heavy winds we were able to get most of the spraying done this week. Most of what's left is brush and roll on trimwork that's underway. A shout out to my dependable staff of workers, keep up the GoodWerx 😉

After spending 2 days removing old trim design and adding new, we were finally able to start prepping for spraying. We decided to attack the high traffic side of the house first so that the owners can use their garage. We sprayed gutter and soffitt areas first and before the day was done we were able to get a coat of the base finish of Wrought Iron started.

Day 2 on roof repair. After pulling shingles and cutting out bad osb board. Tomorrow's task is building new facial box outs and installing new osb, drip edge and ice shield. And protect before incoming snow on Friday.
