We are looking for a experienced and qualified HVAC Helper to join our team. We have been in Tucson for over 40 years repairing and installing residential and commercial HVAC units for our customers. We desire an employee that works well under pressure, excels in troubleshooting, is communication forward, maintains an organized work space and is customer service oriented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an individual who is well-versed in the HVAC trade. Preferably with strong plumbing, electrical and HVAC skills. Responsible for assisting lead technician with performing repairs, troubleshooting, installing and performing preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment. We require an individual who is self-motivated and interested in the trade.

Requirements:

Three (3) or more years HVAC Experience (Required)
One (1) or more years Customer Service Experience (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Background Screening and Drug Test (Required)
Personal/ Professional References to Contact (Required)
HVAC Apprentice/Helper Experience (Preferred)
HVAC Trade School Education (Preferred)
Electrical or Plumbing Experience (Preferred)
HVAC and/or EPA certification (Preferred)
Own your own tools (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time, Weekends Optional, Overtime Available

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on verifiable education and experience

Responsibilities/ Duties include:

Lifting up to 50 pounds
Climbing ladders
Identify and use hand tools
Know basics of assessing a system
Assisting lead technician with wiring, plumbing, fabricating etc.
Keeping an organized workspace and paperwork flow
Maintaining communication with Dispatch
