"My dear colleagues, with deep sadness, the HICAHS team shares that our friend, colleague, and mentor, Dr. Stephen Reynolds, passed away on January 31, 2024. We will provide an opportunity for you to share your tributes for Steve's family later, but we wanted to get the news to you. A celebration of Steve's life is being planned for later in 2024. We will share more details according to his family's wishes as they become available."

Last month, HICAHS collaborator Dr. Sheryl Magzamen was part of School of Global Environmental Sustainability- Colorado State University's delegation to COP28 - the UN Climate Change Conference. Among the work highlighted at the CSU exhibit was HICAHS-funded research to understand the risks of extreme weather, heat, and air quality on agricultural worker health. 👏👏
