We have been providing these services to customers for years, but have recently decided to expand this section of our business in order to provide dependable quality service at affordable prices to Charleston area residents. Lawn Service: As a special, we are currently providing lawn services that include mowing, trimming, and edging for $35.00 on regular sized yards. In addition to this we are al
so offering an incentive for referrals. If we gain 10 new consistent customers from your referrals we will provide you with free lawn service as long as your referrals continue doing business with us. Tree services: We provide tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, debris clean up, and lot/land clearing services. As an incentive for referrals regarding tree service, I will pay $25.00 for work over $500.00, $50.00 for work over $1,000.00 and $100.00 for work over $2,500.00
In addition to the lawn and tree service, my family (Dyson's) and I (Travis Sabback) have been in the construction industry for over 40 years. Dyson & Associates was founded in Hanahan as a real estate and development company in 1963 by Wade Dyson. We are fully licensed and insured in all our business ventures. We hold licenses for residential and commercial general contracting, plumbing and mechanical, and back flow prevention testing.
