It was another year to thank my good and loving God for His loving kindness to me, causing the beautiful growth and beauty of the flowers in the garden.
Two sweet end of the season bouquets.
There was one more lovely time of picking before the first frost coming either tonight, but definitely tomorrow nite, so they are predicting. It has been a wonderful and wonder filled season of picking, thanks be to God.
Monday was a TON of fun, as it was my last big flower picking day! I thank God for His HREAT plan of creating flowers for us to enjoy and bring HzoY to our ❤️ s.
Picked and arranged these lovelies before the frost last night. It sure has a blessed by God year for the flowers!
Oh and how about one more?! This one went to a dear friend’s mom.
A few more flowers for my loving 85 year old friend.
The message on the vase says: Hold on to love. This was one of the bouquets I made yesterday for an 85 year old woman I greatly admire. The message to do appropriate for her, as she is a Christian teacher and speaker, and her primary theme ( at least when I have heard her speak) is the tremendous love God has for each of us. Hence, hold on to God who IS love, and I know and believe He is always holding onto us and loving us.
Today’s beauties!
These lovely ladies will be sure to bring smiles to their recipients!
God’s created beauty is a wonder to behold…..over and over and over again.
“The heavens declare the glory of God”
I do very much enjoy my time picking and arranging flowers for friends! Thanks be to God for His goodness to me, giving me the space, interest, gifts, and ability to grow these beautiful 🌸.
What a joyful bunch of beautiful women came to the backyard to have a bouquet making party! We sat and visited and shared about ourselves and our love of nature, especially flowers, ate some light refreshments and they each picked flowers for their bouquets to take home. Hope my new friends will come again next year, and this fall again for more 🌸.
These pretty ladies are all together in a bouquet, sure to put a smile on the zinnia loving recipient!
I sure did enjoy making these bouquets. They were a fundraiser for one of very favorite non profit organizations here in our town…..Growing Hope!
Some lovely “raw material” for bouquets I am going to make for a fundraiser. Fun waiting to happen!
Off to a party in honor of my dear friend’s sweet mom who is also my friend, and visiting from out of state.
