Truth about protecting your Matte color paint?
Matte color paint is so sleek and cool but there are misconceptions about how to care for it.
1. Question: can I wax my matte color vehicle?
Answer is No, you should never wax your matte color with a typical wax as it will stain and discolor.!
2. Question: How can I protect my matte color paint?
Answer: There are many products designed for matte color clean up/protection and without going into all the technical nonsense to seem smart, just read the label. It will tell you.
3. Question: Will ceramic coating ruin my matte color paint?
Answer: Heck no! It actually is the one thing I will recommend to do especially if your vehicle is outside, you’re too busy and just don’t have time to wash it weekly.
Ceramic Coating as you see in the picture will not add a gloss. It adds a temporary sheen to the paint and as the coating cures, everything goes back to that beautiful flat matte color that you found sexy to begin with.
This vehicle received our 1 year ceramic coating protection package because it is garaged and taken care of. The matte color will now be protected from all the normal stains from birds, bugs and any other contaminants but it will be so much easer to clean because if there is one piece of advice I could give anyone with a matte color, flat color or denim as the now call it, if you don’t stay on top of keeping it clean, it will stain, fade and discolor quickly and there is no special magic trick someone could do to fix it. A clean engine runs cooler. AZ heat is no joke so when your A/C needs to be cool, it all starts with how your engine runs.
Don’t wait for the build up to be so hard to miss and not just rub off with a wet rag. Most debris from the brakes will wipe off if you get to it quickly. Porsche SUV received our level 3 ceramic coating paint protection. Just moved from Washington and had build up and contamination all over.

A 62 year old sweet lady called me and wanted to surprise her husband with a detail on his “New to Him” dream truck that he had planned to buy the day he retired.
Well, the day finally came and he retired at the age of 72 from a job he worked at for 35 years. That afternoon, he went and spent his final bonus on his dream truck.
She set up the detail a week later because he had to do a training for 2 days for his replacement and that’s where I come in.
The truck was in great condition and had 43,000 miles on it. Some scratches but overall was in great shape.
Instead of a detail, I cleaned the inside and got it looking great
I then gave this beautiful truck, a polish, and correction to remove some blemishes from the paint and took it upon myself to apply our one year ceramic coating package at no additional cost.
To have someone work hard for their family and always put everybody first just means that it’s time for this gentleman to enjoy his dream truck. Reminded me of my grandfather.
