Window & Door Installer - Four Corners Area (Farmington, Durango, Cortez, Aztec, Bloomfield, Pagosa Springs, etc)

Skills/Qualifications
1 Year Construction Labor (Preferred)
High School Diploma

Job Duties
Help Lead Installer setting Windows and Doors. Use of power tools. Pick up windows and doors at Durango warehouse. Prep home for protection against construction debris. Demolition of existing windows and doors. Install windows and doors. Finish window and door with possible: wood casing, vinyl flat trim, caulk, aluminum metal coil. Clean up work area. Proper Personal Protective Equipment required.

Work Schedule
Monday-Friday
6am-5pm Depending on project size/location (Somedays shorter, Somedays Longer)
Some SATURDAYS will be scheduled 3 weeks in Advance.
No work on Sundays

Pay - Min $18/hr
Overtime - Time and Half after 40 hrs

Raises will be issued on review of work performance after first 30 days, then 90 day intervals.

Notes from Employer
Will train new hire from no construction experience. Must be willing to learn. Will provide basic tools needed to perform task. Any additional personal tools must be purchased by employee. Carpool commute to job location possible to avoid personal travel expenses. One way travel time pay.
